Project
For years Niagara had been using a legacy desktop solution called Goldmine CRM. The issue was the CRM like all generic solutions cannot be customised to meet the specific operational requirements of the business. Niagara has marketing teams, call centre teams, consultants that perform in home appointments and coordinators that manage this process. Appointments, Staff, Consultants can change by the minute and the system needs to accommodate. Reporting was taking days to create based on historical data and this delayed critical decisions the business needed to make in order to plan future team runs.
Development
Hicaliber built a cloud based solution that meets the specific needs of the business operations while retaining flexibility for future scale. Now from the second a lead is captured by a marketer or the website it is fed into the CRM and notifies the call centre that person is ready for an appointment. Consultant availability, schedules and appointments are managed within the software and the data creates instantaneous reports for the management team.
Technology
AWS: Serverless, RDS, CloudFront, Google Cloud Platform and more. We also developed the software in Laravel, PHP and Vue.js. This is hosted on an AWS EC2 instance.
Results
The software manages over 500,000 contacts, several hundred phone calls per day and consultants in teams in 5 states of Australia. Products, Orders and Sales Revenue are all tracked by the software. Over 200 staff have custom logins to meet their requirements. We have reduced the time required to create reports and this has given management the ability to make faster decisions.
